Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Webthly (by OM Media) issues refunds for our reputation management and automated messaging services.

SaaS Subscriptions Messaging Credits Setup Fees Viber Business Fees

1. General Principle

As Webthly provides digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) and real-time communication tools (Viber/SMS), our costs are incurred the moment services are activated or messages are sent. Therefore, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure the sustainability of our platform.

2. Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).

  • Monthly Plans: Once a monthly billing cycle has started, no partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of that month.
  • Annual Plans: Refunds for annual plans may be considered only within the first 7 days of the initial purchase, minus any setup or messaging costs incurred.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the paid period.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Important: Certain costs are paid to third-party providers (Viber/SMS Carriers) and cannot be recovered by Webthly.

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Messaging Credits: Any Viber or SMS credits already used to send requests to customers.
  • Viber Business Monthly Fees: Fees paid for the maintenance of a "Verified Sender" ID on Viber.
  • Initial Setup Fees: One-time fees for account configuration and brand verification.
  • Custom Integration: Any technical work performed to connect Webthly to your specific POS or CRM system.

4. Policy Violations & Termination

No refunds will be issued if your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sending Spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Uploading contacts without proper Opt-in consent.
  • Abusing the "Reputation Shield" to provide fraudulent information.

5. Service Malfunction

If Webthly fails to deliver the service due to a persistent technical error on our side that lasts more than 72 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period, at our sole discretion.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the transaction.
