Client Data (You)

Owner/Manager name
Business email and phone number
Company name and address
Google Business Profile data
Billing and subscription info

End-User Data (Your Customers)

Phone number (for Viber/SMS requests)
Customer name (optional)
Timestamp of visit
Internal rating/feedback provided

3. How We Use Information

We use the data exclusively to provide our automation services:

Sending Requests: Automated delivery of Viber or SMS messages to your customers after a transaction.
Reputation Shield: Filtering negative experiences through internal forms to resolve issues privately.
Google Redirect: Guiding satisfied customers to your official Google Review profile.

4. Consent and Opt-in (Strict Policy)

Client Obligation: Webthly acts as a Data Processor. Our clients (restaurants, clinics, etc.) are legally responsible for ensuring that all phone numbers entered into the system were collected with customer consent for receiving transactional feedback messages.

Every message sent through our platform includes clear information about the sender and allows the user to opt-out of future communications at any time.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

Your data is never sold. We only share it with essential partners required for service delivery:

Infobip: Our official partner for Viber and SMS message delivery.
Google: By redirecting users to the Google Review platform.
Hosting Providers: Where encrypted databases are stored securely.

6. Data Security

All phone numbers and feedback data are protected by SSL encryption. Access to databases is strictly limited to authorized OM Media personnel for technical support purposes. Customer data is retained only as long as necessary for monthly reporting, after which it may be anonymized.

7. Your Rights

Both you and your customers have the right to request access to processed data, corrections, or complete deletion from our system at any time.
